Backyard Biologist: Seed Starter

About Course

Seeds may look tiny, but every seed carries the beginning of a new plant. In this Backyard Biologist badge, Junior Explorers will learn what seeds are, how they travel in nature, what they need to grow, and how plants begin their lives. At the end of the badge, explorers will choose one activity: a seed germination experiment or a seed research poster. They will then share their discovery with the Backyard Biologists Community to earn their Seed Starter badge.
